Police appeal following theft of specialist mountain bike

Knutsford Neighbourhood Police Unit are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a house in Chelford.

Sometime between 3pm on Friday 14th October and 11am on Saturday, 15th October, the offender went into the back garden of a house in Woodland Close, Chelford and broke into a shed. They stole a specialised FSR mountain bike worth more than £1,000 which had distinctive DMR pedals fitted.

PC Roy Crouch said: "We would urge anyone with information to contact us. We would also parents to be aware if their children suddenly come into possession of an expensive mountain bike."
